The erotic stories Bellesa offers have caught my attention for a while now, but I’ll be honest, I never actually read a whole one before today. While I’ve always been a fan of the written word, I’m also a modern pervert. I’m used to cranking it to hi-res dirty movies, the very kind that distract me from all those words pretty much every time I’ve ever looked at Bellesa.co or any of their other websites. Their content tends to be a little softer and more sensual than your usual cum-drenched reality porn gangbangs, but it’s some truly world-class stuff.

Today, I’m going to click the STORIES tab at the top of Bellesa’s front page, and I’m not going to let myself get sidelined by videos of pornstars on blind dates, passionate lovemaking scenes, their sex toy shop, or sex-positive articles like “3 Things You Should Definitely Know About Your Pelvic Floor.” Light some candles and put on some soft music, because it’s time to check out some literary erotica from the world’s most popular brand of women’s porn. Oh, and make sure the kids are tucked in and sound asleep, especially if you’re a loud masturbator.

Just Who Is This Bellesa?

Alright, before I get into it, it’s worth talking about Bellesa a bit first. If you’re reading this, there’s a decent chance you’re already familiar with the brand. I’ve personally ranked them at the top of my list of Porn For Women Sites, but even without my personal seal of approval, Bellesa.co gets a good eight million visits a month and earns frequent nods from outfits like AVN. They also run two premium sites, Bellesa Films and Bellesa Plus, the latter of which is a “Netflix of porn” with over 50 channels. If you need a celebrity endorsement, they’ve also got a recent blog post with Cardi B endorsing their vibrators.

The most important thing to know about Bellesa, though, and arguably their defining feature, is that they’re founded and marketed toward women. That’s not to say that men won’t enjoy it, because I’ve definitely rubbed out my fair share to their material, but you’ll find the vibe is a bit different. Bellesa is known for passionate, romantic, ethical productions, with a good dose of sex positivity. For masturbators, one of the major practical implications is that there’s a lot of build up to their sex scenes, instead of getting right down to humping in the first minute.

Bellesa.co is kind of like the company’s central home on the internet. Oh, and speaking of time, one of the very first things I notice about the section is a very helpful feature to help you manage your time. They’ve got estimated reading times listed at the bottom of each story thumbnail. Most of them look to run between ten and twenty minutes, depending on how fast you read, but there are some five-minute reads if you just want a quickie before your coworkers get back to the office.

Dirty Stories for All Kinds

The Bellesa stories archive has the advantage of living on Bellesa.co, a site with a much, much higher budget than your average erotica collection. I know it’s superficial, but the whole place looks a million times better than your typical bare-bones presentation of the stuff. This one’s a polished, blog-style layout with sexy stock art thumbnails. At the top, an Editor’s Top Pick called The Game is offered with an embracing couple in their undies as the background image.

They’ve got a few more featured stories out front, but most of the page is divided by category. They’ve got a nice, broad range of erotica subgenres. This includes 75 Romance stories, 86 with Beautiful Strangers, and 46 filed under Long Time Coming. Other categories include Committed to Pleasure, Play At Work, Girl-Girl, Toys, Fantasy/Sci-Fi, and nice, big collections of Kink and LGBTQ+ stories.

They’ve even got twenty tales listed under Virtual To Reality. It was while perusing this row that I noticed the Audio icon on stories like You Are Now Connected and High School Crush. They’ve got audio versions of many of the stories in the Bellesa collection. You want to know what’s fucking weird, though? I couldn’t figure out how to listen to them. I registered an account, turned off my adblockers, and made sure to check both the mobile and desktop versions of the site. Maybe the audio stories are currently unavailable, because I could not find a single button or link to listen to them.

If you’re an aspiring smut writer hoping to make your big break on Bellesa, I’ve got some bad news: erotica submissions are currently closed. The silver lining is that this means they’re moderating content, and not just publishing every piece of shit that comes their way. Inconsistent quality is a consistent issue with the everything-welcome erotica sites, but I like how Bellesa’s library is shaping up.

Cheaper Kicks Than Kindle Unlimited

I figured I’d start with The Game, the Featured story I saw at the top of the page. The first chapter is a 13-minute read, tagged with Kink, Boy-Girl and Play at Work. It opens with a woman, Roxy, waking up late and fantasizing about the male stripper she’d watched the night before. The intro takes place in flashbacks, with a coatroom encounter taking center stage.

One of the very first things I notice is how strong the writing is. If you’re a fan of porn stories, you know how spotty this can be. Hell, even the standards of published romance can be noticeably low compared to other forms of fiction, but Bellesa ain’t putting out that level of crap.

I checked out a few other stories by different writers, including a romance story called Overnight Train, a short chapter from Play at Work story The Price, and a group sex romp entitled Isosceles. Sure enough, they’ve got consistently high-quality standards for anything they publish. This really doesn’t come as any surprise, given Bellesa’s popularity as a brand. They’ve achieved that through quality, not quantity.

I looked up a few of the authors on Amazon to see if they had anything available there, but mostly turned up irrelevant results. If you do read through the whole collection and find yourself still thirsty for more, they’ve got a small handful of premium ebooks available. They’ve only got 4 books from 2 authors, and half of those are still in the pre-order stage, but hopefully the library continues to expand. It might be a good way for the voracious smut consumers to supplement their Kindle Unlimited subscriptions.

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of you do burn through the entire collection. By the numbers, romance and erotica readers read an insane number of pages per year compared to your average highbrow literary snob or even the dedicated YA fiction hounds. Some devour everything dirty they can get their hands on. Under pen names, I’ve published shirtless musclemen books that move units for years without any promotion at all. The folks who run Bellesa clearly know this, and they recognize all the potential overlap between erotica readers and porn consumers. Specifically, I’m talking about the porn consumers who are interested in the vibe Bellesa is putting out. A story collection like this would not be much of a promo tool on a site like Brazzers or Reality Kings, but here, the freebies really will appeal to the target demographic.

While Bellesa.co mainly markets themselves towards women, their stories collection is an easy recommendation for almost anybody who appreciates written erotica. The library is free and wide and varied, but I’d say their best feature is the consistent quality. Instead of building a throwaway collection meant to lure viewers to the paid material, they’ve taken the effort to ensure the stories are on the same level as the rest of their brand. If you like Bellesa, you’re going to like their stories.
